Oracle Cancellation Policy

1. Individual Health Assessments

A $250 deposit is payable at time of booking and a cancellation or rescheduling policy applies. You will receive automated confirmation and reminders regarding your appointments by email and/or text. 

Cancellation within five business days of your assessment will incur a percentage fee of the agreed price of your health assessment as set out below:

• 3-5 days prior to health assessment = 25% of total assessment fee payable
• 1-3 days prior to health assessment = 50% of total assessment fee payable
• <24 hours prior to health assessment = 75% of total assessment fee payable

2. Allied Health bookings (e.g. Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist)

A $50 deposit is payable at time of booking and a cancellation or rescheduling policy applies. You will receive automated confirmation and reminders regarding your appointments by email and/or text. 

Cancellation within 24 hours of your assessment will incur a percentage fee of the agreed price of your health assessment as set out below:

• <24 hours prior to appointment = 100% of total appointment fee payable
